Rangers are absolutely stunning (unless they're from nightfall) and prophecies and Canthan Eles are beautiful. I am also partial to male paragons I must say (although without the amour) and I like some canthan male necros:

Female, I'd probably go with the Mesmer (for much the same reasons as given above) and, since they have a similar selection of nice armours without facing the criticism of being over-beefy, Warriors. Although I personally would prefer it if there were less female armours with bare thighs and/or tight, form-fitting leather pants where the males are properly equipped with cuisse and tassets... but thinking objectively, some people do actually like that.
For males, I'd probably go with Elementalists and Dervishes. The former is ironic since the starting armour for male Elementalists when they were introduced in the alpha was ugly as sin (and either no longer exists now or was reskinned to the point of being unrecognisable), but most of the armours now are pretty good... it's just a shame about the dance. As for Dervishes... I know a lot of people don't like the 'guys in dresses' thing, but knowing that they're intended to be sourced from a culture where robes are standard male attire, and they do have a kind of simple elegance to them.

Each class has the potential, I'd say. Just look at my characters. I'm pretty proud of how they turned out. Not my Monk, though. Male Prophecies. I may remake him, mostly for the sake of getting back into Guild Wars again.

I agree. I don't really care for the ones in nightfall particularly either due to the hideous hairstyles you get. Afros are not attractive.

Male ritualists - not pretty in the face, but they are handsome, their armor is by my oppinion the most originally designed, and casting animations are brilliant, he really looks like he is into what he is doing.
Especially some spirit summoning animations, kneeling on the ground and raising his staff and head high up, as if to merge the sky with the ground to call the spirit. When i compare this to lets say elementalist animations (both male and female), i cant help feeling they are utterly bored with casting their meteor showers.

I also like male ritualists. To use the common phrase, I'd hit that.

Some of My characters:
My male necro was my first character, tried to make him look as simple as possible.
When equiping glasses they seem get a better look also.

I love canthan characters, they mostly look better then nf or proph ones in my opinion. I especially like female canthan rangers and ritualists, and I think female paragons belong in the top 3 too.

I am dedicated to a few faces, not proffessions.
For example, there is that one innocent looking proph female nec face. That one is awesome, it's a shame their aren't better hairs for it. GW pretty much lacks good hair options all around though.
EDIT: Any face can be ruined with the wrong glasses. Some shouldn't have em at all. (Not dishing on the poster above me or anything, this is a comment on the monstrosities i've seen ingame.)

I see there isn't much reference to female necro's, and perhaps ppl find them unattractive. I however feel my necro has shown the GW world that it is possible to create a cute necro.

I think that Female Ritualists are alluringly attractive and for the most part just plain hot. Most of their armor just adds to the mystique.
Male NF Warriors are studly. I like just about every armor for them except Gladiator.
I like the Mesmers best in Prophecies, Male or Female.

Actually i think the scar pattern is one of the best necro armors. I also have vabbian and primeval, elite canthan and monument but i prefer the way this one looks, it is the best armor to go with the gauntlets too.
